We at BOY Limited are proud to be well known for offering a top quality service for all BOY Injection Moulding Machines.
A superior quality service with fully qualified and factory trained field service engineers with many years of experience servicing BOY machines. Our support covers machines from the early 70's with their relay control system right through to the very latest Alpha 4 touch screen control with direct connection via OPC and IP address. So whether the fault with your machine is hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, electronic or software related, we can help.
Our fully equipped and manned Service desk is the first step towards getting your machinery up and running as efficiently as possible. Our service managers will attempt to solve the issue via phone, but failing that they will organise an estimated/quote cost for you, including the cost of the visit and any parts that maybe required. If you decide to move forward then our team will organise for the nearest engineer to you to visit to fix your machine. On some occasions we will send one of our sealed service boxes to your site in preparation for our engineer's visit, so that they have additional parts available to effect the repairs.
With our later machine range, IP addresses are standard and therefore in some cases we can connect to your machine via a laptop for added security to pinpoint any potential or intermittent faults prior to our visit.
Each BOY field engineer carries a high quantity of stock with the sole purpose of being able to fix the fault on the first visit. This can save time and certainly money in the long run.
